I worked at The Miriam Hospital full-time (More than a year)
Worked here for about a year, schedule is mostly flexible, supervisors willing to work with you, pay was decent but still under local average, but great shift differentials. The pharmacy didn't really allow for much room for promotion. almost nothing at all.
Management and supervisors only care about themselves. Working in the pharmacy had employees constantly fear for their jobs. Managers stoop to a "finger-to-point" mentality and only want someone to blame instead improving policies. Co-worked complained all day long about work but would never say anything unless it would get someone else in trouble. A lot of gossip. Technicians are constantly undermined and are treated like garbage compared to pharmacists. Management will not hesitate to continuously write you up or fire you if they feel you're not up to the task.
Advice to Management
Actually talk to employees about how they feel with certain policies, and stop pulling people into trouble left and right.
