    I have been working at The Optical Society full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great mission, history and purpose.

    Cons

    Very poor management with extremely high turnover. Problems start at the top with the board not knowing what goes on inside the organization. CEO in over her head.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A complete third party (Board-led) assessment of the organization will reveal the emperor has not clothes.
