Don't work here if you expect to grow or feel like you are appreciated as an employee or a human being.

I have been working at The Real Food Company full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Surrounded by healthy food and body care.

    Cons

Constantly Changing, not treated with respect by the CEO, a small company trying to act like a huge corporation, clearly there isn't any consideration of how changes will affect the employees, even ones that have been here for 15+ years. NO LOYALTY

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show your loyalty to your employees, don't just offer lame benefits that end up screwing over the employee, let them feel there voice is heard, don't keep throwing away things that people have worked so hard to make successful. Practices your own preachings, like all the training you had us do. Allow employees from within to grow. Stop trying to change everything. Allow the good things that are working get better. Stop being a liar, manipulative, and condescending CEO.
