The insurance is decent if you're a single individual. It used to be company paid but now is partial company contribution. 401k match is nice.Cons
But just about everything else with the company is terrible. Hours of operation are pretty much non-existent. You will be on your phone doing business while you're at home. If you think that you'll be able to leave work at work, that's not true.
You're only praised if you bring in a large amount of money into the company. If you don't, you're watched like a hawk and pushed to the point of exhaustion. Base pay is not comparable and you will not be compensated for the work that you put into the company, regardless of the department that you're in. Don't dare let them find out that you're searching for another job, or you will be let go. Don't express an opinion that is unfavorable, just do what you're told and don't make a scene. If you suck up, you'll be rewarded.
If you enjoy cliche atmospheres and you thrived in your sorority for fraternity, then you'll do perfect here.
Instead of fixing any issues that are presented, they offer the "non-believer" a severance to leave and shut up.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Fix issues, don't just ignore what's going on. Treat everyone with the same respect, regardless of how much money they bring into the company. Pay attention.Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEO
