I worked at The Tile Shop, Inc. full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have nothing pro to say

    Cons

    Very long hrs
Week is a 6 day work week
    Work hard and make nothing
Have to be very pushy with coustomers since prices and selection sucks
Bosses do what ever they want and get away with is ex) only work 5 days at min hrs, leave store to run personal taks

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at your your stores more and the staff you have running them, cause things are not as they tell you. Also dont over work people cause staff on the floor gets burned out quickly. And offer staff hr pay or com. Cause no one is buying tile right now.
