I worked at TheLadders full-time (More than a year)

Bright revolving engineering department and close knit teams due to constant courage-under-fire. There's a conference/training budget for the engineering team

What little management remains is insane! They will happily promote you in title and added responsibilities but rarely compensate you with market pay for your new position. You will be grinded until you have had enough and then you will move on to a better company. There is no culture due to the very high turnover (>50% year to year!) and having a sociopath for a CEO. The closest thing there is to culture is a meek camaraderie among the back-broken This not a growing company. If you're going to work here know what you are getting into and demand ten to twenty percent over market salary. Do not settle for perks like the options, the rarely-taken unlimited vacation, or the junk food stocked kitchen

    Sell this bleeding company
