Products are well liked in the industry. A lot of potential moving forward.

Management is immature and lacks leadership skills you would expect. Quality system is ineffective and is not embraced by management. Culture is non-collaborative and activities take too long to accomplish. If you are a young, progressive and intelligent manager or individual contributor, you will be taking a step backwards at the SJ location.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your direct reports, respect their opinion embrace their contributions. Hire first class managers who know how to manage. Get rid of the Neanderthals especially in Design, Manufacturing, and RA/QA.
