    Pros

    brings a business sense to work

    Cons

    if you are with a company that is taken over too bad for you. All new hires, get big salaries compared to old employees and they don't compensate the old employees to new salaries. this year they gave a 30% bonus for old employees to compensate the two-tiered system but we would rather have the crappy 4% bonus and a bigger salary. Salaries are guaranteed bonuses aren't.

    Advice to Management

    Equalize the pay between old employees and new hires and you would have a happier workforce, spite the crappy 1% raises.
