I have been working at Things Remembered

    Pros

Engraving is fun as you get to create
great memories for customers.Mostly nice coworkers when you get to see them.

    Cons

    Where to begin
No payroll so work mostly alone even during busy holiday season. Unrealistic amount of work load for one person
Engrave, sell, floor moves,shipment,reports,coaching,ect... all while on single coverage.
No lunch break or bath room break unless you live in a state where the law requires it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give stores more hours so there is less single coverage. This will lead to increased sales as more attention can be given to every customer

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
