Current Employee - Manager in Carrollton, TX
Current Employee - Manager in Carrollton, TX

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Depending upon the area you work in and if you're your manager's favorite your work life balance is pretty good. The salary is pretty deceit to start.

    Cons

There is no room for advancement in most positions since the company has gone through several internal reorganizations. The morale has dropped due to the company's expense savings initiatives which includes raising health care benefit contributions. Too many middle management consensus but no real action is taken for process improvements to improve the work flow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
