    I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    **Update 6mo in-- I am so happy to be with this company. I cannot say enough positive things. A truly powerful, brilliant organization that believes in its people. My department is great. I have fantastic leadership that I'm very lucky to report to/learn from.** CULTURE. Took me at least two months to realize it wasn't just an illusion. Competitive pay and benefits. Lots of online training available. TR's HUB is great - essentially, an internal Google/social media site. Great deal of transparency, considering how large the company is.

    Cons

    **Update 6mo in-- it's a siloed organization, but they've acknowledged it and are actively trying to correct it. The politics are difficult to understand at times. Collaboration is lacking some. All said, I think many of these frustrations stem from adjustment and not the organization itself.** Training is lacking (in my department, at least). I've been set off with my own devices since starting because everyone is very busy. It's nice that I'm trusted (goes back to culture), but I'd appreciate more focus on development.

    Advice to Management

    Keep moving forward with the enterprise initiative. You talk about the 2025 customer challenge, and I think the enterprise concept is a part of that. Millennials want speed, efficiency, to be able to grasp knowledge from across organizations. Keep going! Consider bringing us into the conversation. There is so much opportunity to share knowledge
