    Pros

    Reasonable benefits including annual leave and healthcare.
    Worklife balance is encourages in most teams.
    Online training courses are freely available.

    Cons

    TR purchase new companies constantly but fail to integrate the business.
    Management are too focussed on growth and risk existing staff morale.
