    Pros

CULTURE. It took me at least two months to realize it wasn't just an illusion. I really like the HUB, TR's internal Google/social media platform. Competitive pay and benefits. Lots of online training available. Flexibility. Good deal of transparency, considering how large the company is. Creativity is valued. People are nice and wickedly smart. Seems to be a lot of opportunity to take on new projects, move, and grow.

    Cons

Training is lacking (in my department, at least). I've been set off with my own devices since starting because everyone is very busy. It's nice that I'm trusted (falls back to culture), but I'd appreciate more training, constructive feedback, and discussions around growth and career development. IT/tech support is lacking.

    Advice to Management

Take your teams to a value and culture workshop!
