Current Employee - Product Manager  in  New York, NY
Current Employee - Product Manager in New York, NY

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 5 years

    - Great work life balance, and my group gets summer hours
    - Peers and colleagues generally great to work with

    - Poor business support for International growth even though tt claims to be global
    - Senor managers who have bad ideas are promoted
    - Layoffs and senior management changes every 6 months
    - HR is useless in helping manage talent or moving employees around - not sure what they do all day

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on developing and motivating employees more and the rest will follow. Happy employees = happy customers
