I worked at ThoughtWorks as an intern (Less than a year)

The programmers are extremely intelligent and are a delight to work with. The work (whenever I actually got some) was fun and the hours are pretty flexible if you're not on a client project.

The management system was very disorganized; instead of having one person to report to, I was passed from person to person, which made me feel a bit like a piece of baggage. I also had some conflict with a co-worker but was basically told to resolve the problem on my own.

    Advice to Management

There could have been more effort put into looking after interns so that they have enough work to do and are satisfied with how things are going.
