Great people, team environment and company vision. Fun and casual environment which supports progression. Management are good at getting all staff involved in strategic visions.
some of the smaller teams who work very hard can sometimes go unnoticed although they contribute greatly to the business. Many of the opportunities for progression lie in Maidenhead as opposed to Scotland where the main contact centre hub is located.
Advice to Management
Keep involving all staff in new launches/future strategies. Keep the casual/fun theme going. A hierarchical approach does not fit in with the company's brand or vision but is still very existent and causes many issues in terms of morale- try to get rid of this asap!
