I have been working at Three full-time (less than a year)

The marketing campaigns are fun and the company has a clear sight of its brand values. There are a lot of lovely, friendly people working at Three and at times the atmosphere in the office was nice.

Having said what I've said in the pros, more often than not, the culture felt very odd. People are passionate about what they do, and sometimes what should have been a professional conversation becomes quite personal. Many people at head-off level act in a bullish manner, possibly because of the pressure they're under. It's a chaotic environment and lacks structure. I never thought I'd long for the word "process" anywhere, but this place definitely needs it, especially in the brand and communications team. Generally it felt like many of my peers and those in more senior positions acted in a way that's better for their personal profile than what's best for the campaign, the business or the team. I met a lot of lovely friends at Three but I have to say I do not miss it at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You do a lot of good things great in terms of culture, but I think the business struggles to empower its employees with a bit of trust and autonomy. There are many people in the organisation behaving in a bullish manner and this, above all else, made it a relatively unpleasant place for me personally to work.
