Management has leads to monitor staff. Staff has no say and they eliminate employment without an opportunity to adjust even if facts are grossly misleading.
Not prepared for new staff to begin work IE.basic time keeping via elecontronically stamped, no ability to form team atmosphere with leads or their mangers. I suppose it lacks fundamental business practices to form a productive team atmosphere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Meetings abut reprimands require staff to be present. Principals, not someone's presonality is appropriate paradigm. People let such issues cause them to harm others because in some Freudian way, it satisfies them.
