I worked at ThyssenKrupp Materials full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

ThyssenKrupp Materials NA has the scale to dominate its industry but cannot execute. It is a great employer if you are looking for somewhere to coast.

    Cons

Very poorly managed company that understand industry dynamics but can't execute. TKMNA continues to tread water while big competitors like Reliance are eating their lunch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Joachim you pushed out the previous COO who was a CBS guy who almost bankrupted the company during the financial crisis. You need to also push out the remaining CBS guys who are inhibiting growth and only care about protecting the status quo.
