    Pros

    No real upside in the last few years.

    Cons

    No clear direction or communication of company goals short or long term. Communication overall is terrible. Frequent lay-offs with increased work load and demands if you happen to remain employed. Atmosphere can be hostile.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate as well as listen. Your title doesn't make you right.
