I have been working at full-time (More than 5 years)

    Casual dress and nice co-workers

The worst management team I have ever experienced. The Executive Team is more concerned with inflating their egos than with leading the company. NOTE: John Walker is not the CEO. He left almost a year ago. The CEO is Joe Choti. Choti took over almost a year ago and has yet to address the employees about the direction of the company. No opportunity for advancement. Rarely ever give pay raises (once in 4 years). Frequent "lay-offs". The remaining employees have to absorb the extra duties without any compensation.

    Advice to Management

Stop worrying about your job titles and start fulfilling the responsibilities of your title. Communicate with employees. Be honest. Do something before you lose all your good employees.
