    I worked at Tidewater Finance Company full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Working here you will encounter a lot of nice people, Can learn a lot about the different departments easily and anyone who is creative can excel and gain praise, holidays/weekends off, some morale boosting competitions and games.

    Cons

    Question your personal life if you need time off, underpaid, less incentives if you are not on the phones, management do not seem to genuinely care about the associates. Ancient systems being used-upgrade needed.
