Former Employee - Assistant Marketing Manager in Hong Kong (Hong Kong)

I worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Product discounts and working at one of world's most beloved brands.

    Cons

Bad management with very backward management thinking. Miserable employee benefits, mediocre increment, lack of progression. Focus too much on cost cutting instead of retaining talents.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
