    Pros

Management was willing to work with schedule, easy work, easy learning all drinks because they are pre-made in a machine. Discount 50% while on duty.

    Cons

I worked the Overnight shift for about a month with this company during their grand opening. In the time I was there was a lack of communication, a lot of the decisions at the restaurant we're based off being short handed. Bad behaviors were encouraged and people who worked were singled out claiming they didn't work.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, hire sensitive managers, better training plans, follow the handbook about talking to your employees. The success of your company depends on it.
