    I worked at Time Customer Service full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    TCS has good benefits but could improve their hourly pay and raises. They no longer give cost of living raises and don't even give .25 raises. There are sometimes room for advancement to move to different positions.

    Cons

    Majority of the supervisors show favortism and there is a manager there named Ralph that does nothing but gossip and talk bad and down to majority of people in the workplace. Some of the supervisors treat employees as if they are trash. They also overwork people as if they have no life.
