    I have been working at Time Customer Service full-time (more than 10 years)


    you get your own desk and phone.


    everyone is completely overworked. Upper management doesn't see it though. Voluntary layoffs past two years and all the work left was 'absorbed' by those left here. High stress, low pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start paying people competitive salaries. You say they are comparable to others in the area. If you truly believe this, then you are out of touch with reality more than we know. Stop asking for suggestions on improvement and then doing nothing. Look around and see how stressed everyone currently is.
