I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Really great benefits. Medical, dental, vision, 401k and pension.

    Cons

Can be frustrating to work in this type of corporate culture. They have very little trust in their local people and communication from department to department is almost nil.

    Advice to Management

The advice I would share with management is that they need to understand what they don't understand. TWC has a bad habit of bringing in what they believe to be "experts" to "help" their local people. What they miss is that the people they bring in are inexperienced in both the cable industry and the local topography of the systems.
