    It used to be an amazing company, with unlimited sick days ,great if you had a family. But now it's just like the rest.

    Fair compensation. Great work hours.


    Retirement plans have gotten stingy. Recently had to layoff 20% of employee base, to avoid takeover. So not too stable, anymore. Very hard to move up, veterans never leave and when they do, positions are done away with.

    Advice to Management

    Took too long to figure out multi device digital distribution, Content is not innovative, still resting on the laurels from hits of 20 years ago.
