    Pros

    Great freedom to develop and manage your own projects. Very friendly atmosphere. Ability to try new things. Generous with training and resources.

    Cons

    Management is exclusively reserved by the top. Limited staff resources. Health insurance is very expensive. Monthly pay and expense reimbursement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reduce the cost of family insurance to the employee. Have less managment meetings or at least do more of them out of view/working hours of the working staff.
