I have been working at TitleMax full-time (More than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
There are so many great things I can say about the Titlemax company but the core values are really how I live my life. To be a servant and help others that need us each day. There are so many times people come in and tell me I'm their angle. We know Im not an angle but I always go out of my way to go the extra mile for each and every person I come in contact with. I have been at several of the Memphis area stores and each person has a different store. The one thing in common they all have is a deep need for help. Needs can come in many ways from helping with funerals, or to making a child dream come true with a vacation. All of our customers need someone who honestly cares about their needs and never judge them for needing our help. Our customer can go to anybody to get money, but they come to us for help and understanding. I have just resently got a new store and I want to think the GM before me for the training the staff . My SM "with no help from me" might be SM of the year. My CSR took his ASM test and I'm sure he will be a wonderful store manager as well. The one thing I like about Titlemax is they look from within before going out to promote people. My job is to help get my team ready to move up and to move on so they can teach other what its like to be on a winning team.My team is all about lending a helping hand. Friday we will be going a customer appercation day, not a big event just a thank you and it is put on by my team not Titlemax that is what a wonderful team I have the privilege to work with.
The only bad thing I can say is its like any other job. It is long hours some days, but I have yet not been happy to come to work each day I have been with this company.
Advice to Management
Take more time and get to really know your team. Several great people get over looked that should not be. Then on the other hand several who get moved up need to be looked at in deeper context before they move them up and on.
