I have been working at Towers Watson full-time

I love the work, and the people I work with. It's interesting, and sometimes challenging, which is good. Competitive pay, and great benefits.

Relatively flat hierarchy - no room for promotions without significantly changing your role. My line of business significantly over hired, so there's not enough work at the moment. Company is planning to change all offices to hotdesked open plan.

    Advice to Management

Make your staffing more flexible - I know there's other in the same role who are overburdened, but because of the new reporting structure my LOB added there's no way to offload that work to me. Don't assume that one office layout or work style fits all. Let everyone work from home, if you're going to take away their peace and quiet and privacy and personal space.
