I have been working at Towson University part-time (More than a year)
-Simple Job -People are cool. -Gives you a chance to learn more about what you want to specialize in later in life.
-Management is such a mess of politics, it can get pretty frustrating. -Some higher-ups treat you as if you're mentally incapable of the easiest of tasks. -There was a pay-freeze on just main staff and everyone had to suffer for it. -Management promotions are based arbitrarily instead of on merit, or seniority.
