I worked at Towson University as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Let you work on as much as you can handle. Very laid back. Very flexible. People who work there are super nice.

    Cons

Sometimes the autonomy of the place can be a bane as much as a boon. Also the cubicle walls are super high. If you like absurd amounts of privacy it's good. If you want to talk to someone it's bad.
