I worked at Toys ''R'' Us part-time (Less than a year)
Management always makes sure everyone gets their breaks.
I was constantly being asked to stay past my scheduled times or to come in on my days off. The discount they gave us was pathetic, and they basically forced everyone to open a Toys "R" Us rewards card. Ranks everyone based on how many new credit cards we open.
Advice to Management
Stop acting so rudely toward new hires and actually try to be supportive of fellow team members.
