    I worked at Toys ''R'' Us full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Management is very knowledgeable, and know you on a first/last name basis. Room to excel in the company. Management/Supervisors work with your strengths and find a responsible role for you within the store.

    Cons

    Schedule is not written in stone (flexible). They should pay a little more, considering what is asked to complete on a daily basis. Sometimes workload can be overwhelming, but depends on the sensitivity of individuals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay employees a little more to compete with other Chain retailers. Don't worry about seniority when it comes to job advancement, because sometimes the new jacks show way more potential than the long time position holders. Last but certainly not least; GIVE THE EMPLOYEES THANKSGIVING OFF!!
