Toys R Us offers schedules that are very flexible during non-peak season. If you want to change your availability, managment will work with you. The co-workers are wonderful people.
Toys R Us does not pay enough money to support a hamster!!!!! The pay raises are never more than 15 cents. If you are a knowledgable employee, you become overworked and underpaid.
Advice to Management
Managment needs to communicate with one another and employees. New employees need to have more thorough training during the holiday season in an effort to offer better customer service.
