You get some experience with customer service. You get to meet new people and get use to working with a team. You're making money. You only get like 10% discount on your purchase. The hours are flexible If they like you or if your job is popular, then you'll be getting a lot of hours and be making more money.
The store is really unorganized. The price checker is always broken and if it works, it lags so much. People who been there longer will treat you poorly. They don't teach you where everything is, you have to figure it out on your own or run around the store. Veteran workers get special treatment, like longer break or smoking break. The cash register always have problems, like the scanner isn't working properly or the system is slow.
Advice to Management
Have a better store layout so everything is easier to find Check the cash register and price checker because everyday something would be broken or not working properly.
