Lots of change means you have an opportunity to make an impact. During the past two years the company has changed a lot. TRAC doubled the number of employees, is moving to new building, launched new products and is still growing.

Company conducted a employee satisfaction survey last year and has been making changes ever since, such as leadership training for mid- and senior level managers.

There is room for personal growth. I read somewhere that 20% of employees had been promoted in 2014.

Every department seems to have a different mind-set. Company seems a little understaffed. You could literally never be caught up.

    Advice to Management

You need to empower your employees more. Too many decisions are made at the CEO level, which sometimes causes a bottleneck. Positive feedback works well.
