I have been working at Tractor Supply full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You get a lot of freedom to help customers because it seems to be the number one priority of the company, I have seen on many occasions where the store took a loss to replace something that was clearly broken because of a lack of knowledge by the customer to use it properly and it was replaced no questions ask even without a warranty.

    Cons

They offer vary poor pay for the amount of work that is required, of course this depends on your position. For the receiver I make $10.33 per hour with set hours 7am to 3pm which is nice except I am always moving and staying late to finish my work, this is mainly because I am constantly pulled away from my job to do other peoples jobs because they are incapable of meeting the expectations of their job but the manager refuses to let anyone go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to let people go who are not willing to do what is required of them, when they blatantly blowoff what you told them to do and are clumsy and cause damage to the store and merchandise with the forklift in excess of $1000 and then laugh about it you need to fire them and hire someone willing to work hard. You need to do this because you are burning out your hard working employees by forcing them, to do the others jobs for them.
