    Pros

They have a great product with a 20+ reputation for quality

    Cons

The direct sales team is a really tough job. It was a real challenge and I grew tremendously as a person and salesman by the experience but often felt left out to dry by an unorganized, often dishonest and unsympathetic management - both in terms of logistics (getting their product to the venue) and support (there's definitely an "in crowd" and if you're not a Mormon you have to be perfect in your sales numbers or you won't work). They say they're a big family but the sales goals and commission often don't make sense -- I saw guys who were in the top 5% for 2 months and could not support their family.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you believe in a loving God as much as you talk about in the mandatory weekly sales calls, you might want to reconsider how you treat your sales force. You can't have a team of all homerun hitters. Big hitters strike out, a lot. You need solid base-hitters if you want to have a successful team.
