    I worked at TransAlta full-time (more than 5 years)


    Tons of vacation days, cheap parking, great company contributions to pension, a decent place to learn.


    Management has a huge disconnect between brain, actions, and mouth, virtually every growth project in the last five years has destroyed shareholder value, big trust problems - decision making and authorities rarely filters down from top level management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop pushing through projects with bad economics to meet AIC targets.
