    I worked at TransCanada full-time for more than a year


    - mostly, Well vetted, hard working supervisors
    - very stable company
    - well maintained work spaces
    - good mix of co-workers


    - occasional poor supervisor - almost impossible to transfer out of their team if the poor supervisor wants to keep you.
    - while promotions offer significant pay raises, pay raises within an existing pay-bracket are by very small increments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - focus more on keeping existing talented people rather than recruiting from outside.
