I have been working at TravelClick as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Chance to learn a little bit of the worldwide hotel rental environment.

    Cons

Extremely poor training. No continued training. Management and other employees treat contractors and new hires with arrogance and disrespect. Feels like you are an outsider.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and smell the coffee. Pay attention to your contractors and new hires. Give them all the tools they need to succeed.
