    Pros

Intelligent and passionate coworkers; a fantastic industry (travel); great community environment; work from home options; travel opportunities; ideal office location; comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision.

    Cons

Combined work/sick leave; disorganized leadership; high executive turnover; below-market pay; refusal to address compensation issues; hiring and raise freezes; repeated lay-offs contributing to an uncertain work environment; limited or no career advancement path.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to settle on a single, unified plan going forward and provide clear pathways for employee advancement. They also need to address the ongoing issue of low compensation, cut back outsourcing, and bring more jobs in-house.
