Great at first. sad and disappointed at the end....Not a good place to grow and succeed.

I worked at Treasury Wine Estates full-time (more than a year)

It's the people you work with and help make a safe place for them. lots of great & passionate people there. free wine from time to time. wine tastings. 50% discount on TWE brands.

highly political driven environment at the corporate level typical - not so transparent; very unorganized; processes are broke. Morale low. very chaotic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Business is good. Just get rid of those bad eggs in upper management from the last 7 years from Fosters days. That's your toxic problem that is holding TWE back. TWE can move forward. Listen to your employees in the trenches at sales, production and administrative levels and promote from within. They are the most honest people in your business to ask for feedback. I see lots a great people who are well qualified who can run the business fairly and with integrity. Read those reviews from Glassdoor. If the old way is be it! It will be just a titanic scenario over and over again. People jumping ship always and not trying to save the ship. It does matter in the end!
