    I worked at Trexin Consulting full-time

    Pros

    Work with Trexin was fun, but taxing. The people are great, and so are the benefits and compensation.

    Cons

    There was a very low sense of work-life balance, and offered little for professional growth. Some requests seemed to be unnecessarily meticulous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to better review how employees are asked to spend their time in order to be effective.
