    I worked at Tri-City Mental Health Center full-time (more than 3 years)


    colleagues as a support system(similar to fellow inmates in a prison setting)


    overemphasis on billing/productivity. The need to overcompensate yet blame previous management, supervisors in the past, or others who are no longer there as the "reason" things are so horrible at any given moment. Constant passive aggressive treatment by program manager regarding "lack of opportunities...because we're such a small organization." Program manager's insecurities and feelings of being threatened by strong competent staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As the ED is about to retire, make certain the replacement is an outsider with a different perspective. Don't offer it to any internal candidates(further poison the well)
