It's been amazing. Moving on soon but have been around for over 6 years and have had a great experience.

I have been working at TrialPay full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people. Some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. Super flexible. Allowed me to be a great mom and great employee simultaneously.

    Cons

Leadership over the past 18 months has been lacking. It has a reputation for being a boys club and while I disagree to some extent, I look at the board and the exec team and it is all men.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get back in the habit of recognizing great work. In the last two years, I cannot think of one time someone told me "nice work." I don't get much out of that type of recognition, but others do! Get rid of folks at the top who have been ineffective. No reason to keep them around. Sometimes, the best thing you can do to get your energy back is to clean house. Sad, but true!! I'm not talking about cleaning house at the lower levels. I'm talking senior executives.
