    I worked at Trina Solar part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    There is no pros working for this company. It just gets you really depressed...

    Cons

    Bad company values. People tend to hold on to their title strongly and treat others like garbage... They don't encourage any ideas or growth but very good at suppressing them. Until they change their thinking and ways they will never grow.

    Need to listen to all the employees not just managers....
