Work environment is a plus (for the most part) and excellent work/life balance.

I have been working at Trinity Partners, LLC (North Carolina)

    Pros

Great work/life balance. Co-workers are very pleasant, for the most part. As long as you do your job well, it is fine.

    Cons

Small organization with litte room for advancement. Salary is ok in comparison to other companies, but benefits are lacking (no doubt due to the size of the company.) Some co-workers are overly paranoid and easily excited (in a bad way). You just have to roll with the punches. Those type of employees account for about 25% of the staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop an HR position and have plans for development of employees and promotion within the organization. At the rate the company is growing, new people need to be added as necessary and current employees need to not have so much weighing on their shoulders at all times. It is a recipe for disaster.
