    I have been working at Triple Crown Services full-time (more than 10 years)


    Vacation, 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after a year, 4 weeks after 10 years. Holidays if your lucky enough to get them off, receive comp day if you work.


    Mgmt. makes horrible decisions that waste money and hurt the bottom line. They do blindly. They do not reward hard working employees, just pile on more work. You are not rewarded for hard work. You will get the same raise as those lazy, slow employees who do 1/2 the work. If you voice your opinion and don't let others walk on you, you are considered not "PC" if you kiss butt you can go far.

    Operations side are salary. Some on the finance side are as well. But don't think you can take off early for Doctors appointment. Even if you worked every day over for the last 6 months since they are short staffed. You will have to skip your lunch or make up the time. And heaven forbid you show up a few minutes late. I'm talking under 5 minutes. Really not consistent throughout the company depends on who you work for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees who actually sit at their desks and do their job. You need to stop nit picking on who has their KPIs updated and ISO procedures (you don't follow them anyway) TCS had their first layoff in 2008 and not one person from mgmt. was let go. Funny how they make the decisions which led to the decline in money in the first place. There too many chiefs all making different decisions on different days even if the situations are completely the same. Take care of those employees who are dedicated even if you don't like what they have to say. And heaven forbid you actually reward anyone for going above the job.

    They claim they have a promote from within but if you ever post for a different job and they don't want you to take that job even if it's 1 level lower, they claim they have to take away 10-20% money. Yet if you do happen to get a raise to another level they don't give you a 10-20% raise.
